Curious about the Ninja H2′s supercharger? We are too. In this latest video, we learn how Kawasaki Aerospace has used its experience in building planetary-gear aircraft gearboxes to drive the new H2 superbike’s impeller. Through excellent graphics, we see how a crankshaft spinning at 14,000 rpm, by way of a step-up gear, a chain, and a planetary-gear arrangement, spins the H2′s blower at approximately 130,000 rpm. Fascinating stuff that’s well worth watching!
